Bruno PAGNACNIK

I  seek to erase the boundaries between art and life, exploring the limits of personal privacy, communication and intimate viewing experiences. Using both traditional sculptural techniques and a wide range of computer software (from 3d photo-geometry scans to various video and photo editors), I create multimedia installations. My approach requires that I  transform physical reality: the location and the work become inseparable, merging into a truly immersive environment. Conglomerated layers of  virtual realities overlap with the physical ones, merging the artificial and the real to suggest a complex network of data exchange. My work plays with a very particular aesthetic not based in reality, but more a catalogue of hidden clues and agendas that form a non-linear language, left for the audience to decide, hunt for and decode
